Advancing rapidly, digital technologies, particularly blockchain, are confidently displacing the traditional stock market, paving the way for tokenization, or in simple terms, digitizing assets. Most often, securities are digitized, converting them into crypto-assets in the form of tokenized stocks.
Tokenization and encryption effectively protect data if implemented properly, and the ideal solution for security would be to use both of these methods. Despite similarities in some respects, tokenization and classical encryption differ in some key aspects. Both of these methods provide cryptographic data protection.
